Latvian students were practised in Võru County Vocational Training Centre in October 2017 30. oktoober
We are exchange students from Latvian Kuldiga Technology and Tourism Technical School students. We spent a month at Estonia, Võru during Erasmus+ project “The right skills for the future labor market”.
We studied in Võru County Vocational Training Centre and in Tsenter and also we practised in Wermo furniture company. In this month we got some new knowledge and some new friends.
In the first week we got to know the school and the teachers. At the weekend we went hiking Räpina and Piusa with local students. In the second week we went to excursions to companies who are making soft furniture also we met Slovakian trainees. We had to show presentations about our country and school. At the weekend we went to Tartu to see AHHA science centre and upside down house and walking around Tartu with local students. The third week we practiced in Wermo company. We were there whole week. At the weekend we went to event Garage48 to see some presentations. At the last week we were one day in WildEst company and did some work there and other days we practiced at school and Tsenter.
We all really enjoed this month in Estonia and we are excited about Estonian people, school, nature and citys. We definatly want to come back to Estonia.
